ROCK-N-ROLL KITES
RockNRoll Kites are similar to FlagKites in that they are a component kite system, frame separate from the sail, they open and close like an umbrella, and the sail is easily removed and changed. In addition they can be flown dual line, like a stunt kite, allowing simple tricks to be performed, with a bridle set that is sold separately. RockNRoll Kites are also designed to be used as compact umbrellas, with a handle that is incorporated into the kingpost. They are the only kites in the world that are also umbrellas, and the sail component is easily changed.
We designed RockNRoll Kites to predominantly utilize the 30”x40” fabric posters by Licensed Products Group International (www.lpgi.com), as the sail component of the kites. The fabric posters (sold separately) depict hundreds of popular bands, comic and movie characters, and popular artists, and fit the kite frames perfectly. This allows customizing RockNRoll Kites, and rocknroll umbrellas, like no other kites. One frame plus a number of fabric posters and you are “Rocking High in the Sky”!
The RockNRoll Kites can also be flown in a horizontal configuration, like the FlagKite, with a bridle sold separately, accommodating a number of LPGI fabric posters that are meant to be displayed horizontally. No tails are required in this configuration, but can be added for better flight.
RockNRoll Kites come complete, ready to fly, with a cool generic rocknroll design flag attached to the frame, two windsock tails (required to fly in vertical configuration), single line flight bridle, and 150’ fly line with handle.
